Whether you already have a mindfulness practice or are a complete beginner, these monthly workshops are for you!

Each sixty minute session is based around a theme and includes:

  • A Live, Guided Meditation
  • Simple Teaching
  • Discussion (participate or just listen, up to you!)
  • Practical Mindfulness Exercises

You will come away from the workshop feeling happier, calmer and clearer than when you arrived.

About the Sessions

Wear comfortable clothes you can move in. We will be seated on chairs for the bulk of the session, but if you already have a mindfulness practice and prefer to sit on the floor, please bring your yoga mat / blanket / cushion.

FAQs

Are there ID or minimum age requirements to enter the event?
While there is no mature content, this course is not recommended for under 18s.

What do I need to know already?
Nothing at all! This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you have a daily meditation practice or are simply curious as to what it’s all about.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?
There is a good sized car-park on site. The village of Woodhouse Eaves is served by a limited bus service.

Where will I find you?
We will be in the King George V room which is accessed from a white door at the back of the main building. You’ll receive more information by email the day before the event.

What can I bring into the event?
The session will be seated… you will want a yoga mat / blanket / cushion if you want to sit on the floor. You might also want to bring water (in a closed container) and warm socks!

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
No. I’ll have a list of names that I’m expecting.

Can I bring a friend?
You’re very welcome to bring friends and family along, but please ensure they all register so I know how many people to expect.

If you can’t make it, please let me know by text on 07497 846 098, just so we’re not waiting for you to arrive before we begin.
