If our mind is always in the past, there’s a good chance we’ll be depressed.

If it’s all over the place… well, we’re probably suffering from both.

Now.

Right in this moment there is nothing to be anxious or depressed about.
.
If you have a problem, you are dealing with it. If not, there is nothing to deal with.

The present moment has incredible healing properties if you’ll just accept it.
