I will give you the time and space you need to talk, shout, cry, or just think – whatever you need right now to come to terms with your thoughts and feelings.
It’s a chance to spend some time with someone who has total respect for you, your world-view and your opinions – and who gives you the space to be YOU, without trying to ‘fix’ you, or solve your problems for you.
The plan is to make you feel happier, more confident, more at ease with yourself and your decisions.
It won’t make your problems go away, but will make you much more able to cope with them.
